90-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Try any BioMetabolic Labs product for up to 90 days. If you're not happy with your results for any reason, contact us within 90 days of your delivery date and we'll refund your purchase, even if the bottles are opened or empty. One refund per customer per product.

How to Request a Refund
Email hello@biometaboliclabs.com or use our contact form with your order number. You don't need to send the product back. Our team replies within 1–2 business days.

Subscriptions
The guarantee covers your first subscription order. You can cancel anytime before your next renewal date from Manage Subscription or by contacting us, and you won't be charged again.

Damaged or Wrong Items
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or a refund at no cost to you.

Refund Timing
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it. If you haven't received it after 15 business days, contact us.

EU Customers
In addition to our guarantee, customers in the EU have a 14-day right to cancel their order.
