Shipping policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Delivery Estimates

United States: typically 3-5 business days after shipping
Canada: typically 5-7 business days after shipping

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary based on carrier volume, weather, and your location.

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by Canadian customs and are the responsibility of the customer. BioMetabolic Labs has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

Tracking
Every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated within 5 business days of your shipping confirmation, contact us at hello@biometaboliclabs.com.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package appears lost in transit, contact us and we'll open a carrier investigation and work with you on a resolution.

Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, reshipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
